“À table pour la cause!” fundraiser to take place Monday, September 21, from noon to 9 p.m.
Au Vieux Duluth LaSalle is inviting the community to come together around the table for “À table pour la cause!”, a one-day fundraising event benefiting the Maison Sault-Saint-Louis Palliative Care Foundation.
On Monday, September 21, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., 100% of the restaurant’s sales for the day will be donated to the Foundation. The initiative is designed to turn a simple meal out into a direct show of support for local palliative care.
Maison Sault-Saint-Louis provides palliative care entirely free of charge, with a mission centred on offering compassionate and dignified care while supporting families and loved ones throughout the process.
Guests are encouraged to reserve their table in advance.

Features dishes
• Butterfly Shrimp: Butterfly shrimp served with garlic sauce.
• Chicken Brochette: Marinated chicken pieces skewered with onions and green peppers, served with pepper sauce.
• Salmon: An 8 oz salmon fillet, oven-baked.
• Authentic Souvlaki: Two skewers of marinated pork tenderloin seasoned with Greek herbs and served with tzatziki.
The event is organized by Au Vieux Duluth LaSalle, with proceeds benefiting Maison Sault-Saint-Louis Palliative Care. The campaign also acknowledges the support of Théâtre Desjardins and Le Cavalier, as well as Jonarts, which is providing the printing for the initiative.
At the heart of the campaign is a simple idea: enjoy a meal while helping sustain an important local resource, with every dollar in restaurant sales that day going to the Foundation.
